Wadi Degla launches Promenade Maadi at a cost of EGP 350m

Wadi Degla Developments, a component of Wadi Degla Holding Company, has launched its latest residential project Promenade Maadi Compound on an area of 35,000 sqm in the Zahraa Maadi region with investments of EGP 350m.

Wadi Degla Developments CEO Maged Helmy said the project includes 26 buildings and consists of 200 housing units, including duplex apartments with varying sizes. The project will be built over the course of five years.

Helmy added that the Promenade Maadi compound is among the company’s innovative projects, pointing out that the company adopted the construction style on towering mountains similar to buildings in Lebanon.

He added that the project includes a variety of services such as wide green spaces, administrative and commercial services as well as a jogging track, spa, gym, and car care center. This is in addition to parking, housekeeping services, and a security guard. The compound is also equipped with security cameras in order to ensure the security of units.

“The project has a featured design, as it contains a swimming pool for each duplex housing unit so as to meet the needs of customers and allow them enjoy more privacy,” said Helmy.” The company was keen to start carrying out Promenade Maadi project in conjunction with the implementation of other real estate and tourism projects to complement the implementation of the company’s expansion plan. This is in addition to the continuation of development of land portfolio.”
